Add some sort of notice for Obsolete classes & methods

I am migrating a bunch of projects to 3.5, and during the move I'm cleaning up a lot of the code, adding better components & deprecating their predecessors.
It would be nice if the documentation had a notice/warning area in the bottom pane that said "This class is obsolete" along with the message defined in the attribute.
