Create tasks for common build tools

To make Docu easier to integrate into someone's build (not that it's exactly *hard( now) we should provide simple tasks for all the common build tools.
Tools should be:
- NAnt
- MSBuild
- possibly Rake
Jamie Penney has provided a MSBuild task, but it's not yet been integrated into master.
