Support for Contracts elements

#17

Hi all,

The new version of Code Contracts.Net (.net 4.0 design by contract API) has just released a tool that transforms the contracts into Xml comments. It would be great to see support for these in docu.

You can see a discussion about this feature here:
http://channel9.msdn.com/posts/Peli/Xml-Documentation-from-Code-Con....

The new xml tags are documented in section 8 of http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/projects/contracts/userdoc.pdf
